To prevent an user from resetting his password, install the plugin, go on the user's profile page as admin and check the special option added there.

If this option has been checked for the admin account and the password has been lost, there's one way to go around this plugin. The webmaster must remove the plugin via FTP, bu deleting the plugin folder.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
